Parents that let their kids out after hours to be little hood rats need to start preparing for a funeral or a prison visit since that's where they're headed. If you can't be responsible enough to raise a child, get yourself fixed so your offspring aren't a burden on society. You MAY have to get a job instead of getting welfare $$ for cranking out kids.

They're already forbidden from chasing suspects in vehicles without the go ahead from a supervisor and...

Need permission to pursue on foot? Do by the time permission is granted the suspect is already out of sight?
Why not just run every time a cop stops you?
If you have been ordained with "white privilege" they will still come get you though. We now have race based policing where the cops duty changes on the race.
