While we can agree that there are any number of other factors, gangs are a big part of the equation while *guns* are all over and don't seem to result in murders and shootings in the majority of those places even just a couple of miles away.
I don't understand how she can outright make the claim that the gun was purposefully planted in the boy's hand.
Was there an investigation already?
What's there to understand?

You don't want to lose power by pissing off your constituents before the pension kicks in. Democrats would dismantle entire police departments before they hold their community accountable.

Yes, there is a lot of gang violence, but I think we are way to quick to point fingers at that and then just forget about it.
Disputes, these are just in the last month. And in the first incident, you can see that this person already had an arrest record, due to the fact that they had a mug shot at the ready.
