Ah, yea he was, that little object dropping as he throws his hands in the air, a fraction of a second before he was shot, that was the gun.

He turned with the gun and the cop shot.

To prevent this, 13 year old should not be running around at 3am with a gun, in a street gang.

Parents should be in jail.

To be honest, I didn't see the suspect holding the gun in the shooting officer's body cam footage. I think the suspect tossed the gun behind the fence before turning around and raising his hands, but I'm not saying the shooting wasn't justified.
