I am glad your tin hat is firmly on in place, but alas on one point you are correct the building was pulverized... by an aluminum Boeing 767 traveling at 500 miles an hour into a building that had at the time a 90% occupancy rate, and anything that can pulverize a building can pulverize all the incidentals and people that are in the building. If the alleged house fire was caused by a jumbo jet crashing into it, I wouldn't expect to find anything at all. "How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?" ~Sherlock Holmes. Notice Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character in just like your theories a fictional work. But the saddest point of all is you havn't eliminated anything that actually happened all you and you fellow whackos have done is obfuscate the obvious.

As a matter of fact, we were given access to a database of 8000 photographs and other personal items recovered from the debris. If you could identify something that was yours, you could claim it.

The Tribute Center by the WTC site has wallets, shoes, guns, etc., on display, as does the Museum of the City of New York and even the State Museum in Albany, and there is a collection of items going into the National 911 Museum when it's completed.

Recovery — The Sorting Process

"A Mountainous Gray Landscape
The 1.8 million tons of material that was once the World Trade Center was a jumble of human remains; pulverized concrete; bent steel; and burned and mangled office, store, and restaurant contents. A system developed to sift through the piles to retrieve human remains, personal objects, and evidence related to the terrorist attacks."

As a matter of fact, if you look at the photos on the right, that sure looks like a heck of a lot of wire to me.

It's pretty clear from your posts, DD, that outside of conspiracy theory sites, you have never made even a cursory attempt to learn anything about the WTC or the aftermath.

It is not a fact and the facts about what % was occupied were posted already -and the list was obtained via a FOIA (freedom of information act) request. It covers the entire life of the building until the bldg was privatized a few months prior to 9/11. It was NEVER at 90% capacity.

You are too lazy, or maybe you are just on a payroll, to address facts when they are posted and keep repeating the same disproved BS over and over again under the perception that something becomes true if it is repeated often enough. People are not stupid and are pretty well on to this ploy from the MSM, politicians and tabloid talk show hosts, and forum trolls.

you are a LIAR..proven time and time again..you are a liar

As the market for office space in midtown has tightened and rental rates increased, tenants have been looking to downtown as a cheaper alternative. Over the last year, those seeking large blocks of space have been finding them at the trade center, which had many vacancies as a result of the 1993 terrorist bombing and the shrinkage of the financial industry in the early part of the decade.

''In January 1997 we had about an 80 percent occupancy rate,'' said Cherrie Nanninga, director of real estate for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which owns the complex. Twenty percent of 10.5 million square feet of space is 2.1 million, which would be a substantial building by itself.

But as a result of the last year's work, Ms. Nanninga, said the complex is over 90 percent occupied and expects to it reach the 95 percent mark by the end of the year. That, she said, would be about as full as the center is likely to get, since there is almost always someone moving in or out. ''Ninety-seven percent occupancy would be full,'' said Ms. Nanninga...

NET LEASE OF WORLD TRADE CENTER JUST BUSINESS AS USUAL FOR PORT AUTHORITY\'S REAL ESTATE DIRECTOR -- Cherrie Nanninga Credited with Shepherding Office, Retail Renaissance At Trade Center, Other Port Authority Facilities
Date: February 12, 2001Press Release Number: 16-2001

When Port Authority Real Estate Director Cherrie Nanninga enters her 88th floor office each day, she passes a model of the World Trade Center, a stark reminder that she is in charge of the largest real estate transaction in New York history. The scale and complexity of the negotiations are astonishing. The complex has 10.4 million square feet of office space, 10 percent of all of the office space in downtown Manhattan. There are 400,000 square feet of stores selling upscale clothing, books and food - enough to keep Main Street bustling in a small town. And the world-famous landmark has offices for 40,000 workers.

"It's a considerable challenge, and the task is comparable to the sale of a small city," Mrs. Nanninga said of the trade center net lease. "But fortunately, there are a lot of good people working on it. The best way to maximize the value of the trade center is to just keep moving in the right direction."

"Cherrie's dedication and business acumen have allowed this important real estate transaction to remain on track," said Port Authority Executive Director Robert E. Boyle. "Through her leadership, she has made the World Trade Center a place where companies and retailers want to locate." ...

As Real Estate Director, a position Mrs. Nanninga has held since 1996, the occupancy rate at the trade center has risen from 78 percent to a healthy 98 percent, retail soared in the trade center's mall, and available office space in the Newark Legal Center has nearly been filled.

Today, only about 250,000 of the 10.4 million square feet of office space in the trade center remains vacant. And the legal center has an occupancy rate of over 99 percent.

"The challenge to me and the staff of the World Trade Center was to improve the service we provide to tenants, and to bolster our reputation in the marketplace," Mrs. Nanninga said. "We've been told by our tenants and the real estate industry that we have really turned this place around, and we are starting to believe it. But we continue to be very focused on our tenants' needs."

Sales at the trade center's retail mall also have risen dramatically. In 1996, the mall's retail establishments averaged approximately $500 per square foot. Today, sales have doubled, and are expected to reach $900 per square foot by the end of this year, which is expected to make the trade center mall the third most profitable in the country. And major national retailers, such as Banana Republic, Coach and Godiva have opened stores in the trade center mall to cater to a daily audience of 40,000 employees and thousands of visitors. Many of these retailers indicate that their trade center stores are among their top sales producers in the country....

Its as if the more times they tell the lie the more believable it becomes. So in their mind its like a Pavlovian thing they hear the lie, their tails starts wagging. Pretty soon if they tell enough lies maybe somebody, anybody will believe it. Of course what they fail to understand is that the one person that believes the lie is just like them a nutjob....Pretty soon it will be a well known joke...
what are the 3 biggest lies in the world?...the checks in the mail...I wont c** in your mouth...9/11 never happened!

I dont think folks on the right actually truly believe. BUT!!!!! It happened on the republican watch. If it came out that mostly repubs and corporatist were in on this they know their political party would be banished to the wilderness. They think its more important to have a political party to represent them in matters of social wedge issues ie gay marriage, abortion , god in schools, racism and general stupidity than it is important to find out the truth about the worst terrorist attack on our county ever.
Righties would be all over this if 9-11 happened under a democratic administration and there was just as many smoking guns in evidence of a BS cover-up fed to the masses. We all know repubs are good at calling hearings and ordering investigations.

But to be Fair and balanced if this happened under a democratic administration there would be just a much a percentage of *******s willing to stick their heads in the sand and defend a BS Democratic lie.

For example look at all the lefties that give the Obama administration a pass as he continue and enhances most of the policies started by the bush adminsitration that further degrade our country everyday.

Plus do you know how un-nerving it would be to find out that 9-11 was an inside job--------Chaos would ensue!!! So better to play the battered wife and make excuses.
