Well, this is surprising to nobody who has been paying attention for the past year, as long as they haven't been paying attention to the paid liars in the MSM and the Democrat Party.

As more and more ACTUAL science comes out along with the data we ALREADY know, those of us who knew all along that the COVID-19 response was purely political are being proven correct.

The overreaction was simply a means for the Democrats to change voting rules, mail out millions of ballots, and blame Trump for the pandemic. Unfortunately their plan succeeded at a cost of destroying millions of American lives. They got away with it.
The idea was that if you sneezed or cough most of your covid spit partials would be contained in your mask, instead of flying all around the place. Not everyone covers their mouth. Gross.

They sure didn't wear masks while eating at a crowded restaurant and where they possibly caught COVID-19. That is why I only ate at restaurants during non busy times. They were always so busy during the weekend I quit going to them at that time. I never got COVID-19.

So next time there is a pandemic, you quite strongly believe government, whether at the state or local level, should do nothing in response to it.

Yup. The fools are still wearing their muzzles and waiting for everything to reopen.

The study was about mask mandates, not mask use. If people ignore the mandate, then that biases the outcome.

I went out to eat at busy times. Our family was also exposed to covid at least twice that I know of, close prolonged indoor contact and we still didn’t get covid. Very strange considering how contagious it is said to be.

I think masks made a big difference just from the fact that the flu season was practically non-existent this year. It's impossible to determine conclusively if they worked against covid because so many people wore masks inproperly with their nose not covered or neck gaiters which do nothing.

You can think that but the science does not support it.
