If he cheated on his tax, the IRS would have busted him already.

Why would Biden’s DOJ wants IRS hands over Trump’s tax record?

This is like Trump’s DOJ wants ICE or USCIS to hands over Ilman Omar’s immigration record

Asked and answered already.

Violations of the emoluments clause is not within the purview of the IRS and neither is money laundering. So the IRS may have referred Trump's case to the DOJ if they found evidence of those.

SCOTUS gave permission for his tax returns to be handed over to Manhattan DA.

It's pretty easy to see the same to a House committee.

Trump should have never run. If you live in glass towers you should not throw stones. Trump will get what he deserves.

"It's a bit more complicated than that" which is why he has been audited by the IRS so many times.

And they have NEVER filed criminal charges against him.

But ALL the tax law "experts" on here no MORE about tax laws then ALL the IRS experts.

The same one's who for YEARS screamed, Russian collusion" (How did THAT work out for them?) are the SAME ones calling for Trump's taxes.

I think I see a pattern.

Judge Trevor Mcfadden out of DC blocked DOJ's order on Friday. Predictably, all of the media outlets who reported on the order by Garland seemed pretty slow to report the judicial block.

As always Trump will challenge it (if he chooses to), and it will be appealed to SCOTUS. It will come out in his favor 6-3 or 5-4 in a reversal of the previous ruling. Keep trying democrats

Also, as I said above, this is likely to not be about taxes anyway, but perhaps evidence collection on other crimes.
Right, and the "other crime" is being the subject of Democrat's Stalinesque election rigging tactics.

Well it has not changed since the decision. How is it different?
