Where do you live? East Jesus, Alabama? Because you're not going to be able to do it in any major metro area (metro population over 2 million)

Of course is it. To a Socialist like you who has the mindset of thinking money made by the rich is also your money, I'd expect nothing less for an answer.

Nope, I live in Liberal Connecticut. Where the Libs like yourself love to tax us to death. Sorry princess, but if you budget your money and love within your means, you can do it.

I'm not a socialist. I don't advocate for the state to take over all industry. Learn the definitions of terms you use

Wrong, studio apartments are going for $900/month around here, that would take a monthly income of $2,300-$2,700 to qualify for (2.5x to 3x income to rent requirement). You have to live in a smaller town

You've spent over 30-something pages on here advocating why the rich should solve all our problems, be taxed to death because that'll "fix everything," demand that all jobs pay a staggering amount whether it's a Mc Job or not, and you'd totally be content if the rich all disappeared forever.

Ok fine, you're Socialist/Marxist hybrid. Guess I was slightly wrong.

Real estate tax has a lot to do with that, and they're much higher in Democrat-governed cities/areas. RE tax is factored into how much rent is charged. If you're not happy with that, you need to start asking Dems why they're charging so much in RE tax.

Of course I live in a town, Connecticut is a state. You're also trying to compare rent prices where you live with my state, with makes zero sense. Lol what's wrong, upset that I know people who defy your logic? One of them works two jobs and also goes to school, and has her own studio apartment. And she doesn't nearly complain as much as you do.

That's the wrong term as well. I'm a Social Democrat, I advocate government similar to what the Scandinavian countries have, Capitalism with a welfare state (and single payer healthcare)
