WTF?? So, only Bantu, Khoikhoi or San People but not Boers. I think that is kind of racist

Khoi being Hottentot and San being Kalahari Bushmen (same basic group but one is pastoral and the other, hunter gatherer - that'll be the San who live in very arid regions). But they are not African, even though they are the oldest group of humans in Africa (and the world). Interesting people they are.

Not sure that I understand what you mean? Racism isn't big in my life. My observation is that racists like to call other people racist and make a big deal out of race.

Kind of a juvenile statement. IMO a racist is not necessarily a monster. Its simply a person who requires that the "others" that they come into contact with fit within their definitions of who that person is. That's why they have one name for people from the continent of Africa or any other continent for that matter. If Musk is African then we are not Americans.

Yup, but apparently I'm not a victim to warrant compensation.

Liberals love to claim we blacks are modern victims, yet stop when it's time to talk about reparations.

No wonder BLM loots with this type of confusion.

This is correct. African Americans are the "whitest" blacks of the African diaspora. Our ancestors landed in the whitest richest country.

We worship Jesus, we speak English, we have elected officials from local all the way to presidential levels, we despise African immigrants, we have the most millionaires and billionaires of any country, we've contributed to America music, culture, sports, military, media, etc,

It doesn't get anymore western and white than your modern African American.

No they don't. They call themselves "American" or "Asian American."

Do people call Kamala Harris a South-Asian Jamaican American? No.

As an aside. A guy who works for my wife is of South Asian extraction via Durban South Africa. If I have it right - both this guy's parents were born in India but moved to Durban as kids. Anyway, this guy is now an American citizen, he's an ultra-educated engineering side computer science type who takes everything literally. He refers to himself as African-Ameican and even though he is absolutely correct him doing so absolutely infuriates many black co-workers and I'm sure others.

Oh for Christ's sake. Where person was born has nothing to do with what person's ethnicity is. It is his parents you have to look at. It's thing, called blood, you know. Being quite a bit off, he can call himself "African" all he wants to, followed by the the types, that believe that Jobs was god. That does not change a bit that he is NOT African. And he definitely has broad shoulders in the mighty of the world, as he gets anything he wishes for, even those gold worth rocket engineers, that NASA graciously donated to him at his first need. Think about it. Government agency strips itself of its best minds and gives them to entrepreneur. Right. Or, a billion dollar loan. Here ya go, Elon, sure, have it. Anything else, a la carte?

I couldn't care less where Musk was born, he is a true visionary who sees through the lies of the left.

I know you were responding to another poster, but keep in mind that the leftists want to divide us as much as possible, and have labels for every minority, but not for whites, is one way to do that.

BTW - The woke PC progressives probably don't know this, but call a black person from Jamaican an "African-American", and they will give you an earful.

It’s not his fault white people are from Africa.
The designation African American exists because native Africans were brought to America in slave ships and because of both a mixture of culture and lack of documentation, African Descendants Of Slaves do not know their original nation of origin.

In short, Elon Musk wouldnt even technically be African American on the Census as the census defines African American as having origins in black racial groups from Africa. Elon would simply be white on the census.

Also, we wouldnt call some a white person born in Hong Kong, that immigrated to America a Chinese American. Why would we call Elon anything near "African American" ?

Elon Musk is a leftist. He just doesnt like people who want to tax him more. Thats it, he literally just wants to keep his money.

If thats all that makes you like someone, then your political backbone can be broken by the weight of a feather.
