Perhaps that should be considered before deciding to have casual sex, self control. Personal responsibility, does not mean killing another simply because it's convenient, or to get your way.

Breeding is mating. A female is bred (mated) to be impregnated "to produce (offspring)".
If a woman becomes pregnant via artificial insemination or IVF and has a baby, did she not breed? Did she not gestate a baby?

Yep.
In the sense of impregnation, breeding is the act. You do not continue to breed a female, for offspring, that is already pregnant.

It’s a suggestion that won’t happen. As I’ve asked previously, how do you make the irresponsible, responsible?

Am I supposed to be an expert on that or something? Why do you suppose the experts have no answers about that? If they did then you wouldn't be asking, right?

You keep pounding on people not using bc or using it correctly, like you might have a suggestion. The “experts” have plenty of suggestions but conservatives tend not to like sex ed, free birth control and social services to poor families.

If there are experts out there, who make the big bucks to study the problems, then wouldn't what they know/learned be far better to listen to? If you want particular answers then I don't know why you're not listening to them instead of asking random posters on internet discussion forums.

You probably don't know many conservatives, if you believe they all think the way you claim they do. I am good with sex ed and BC, and people I personally know tend to believe the way I do. What type of social services are you referring to? I am not good with generational freebies.

I'm not an expert but I would imagine a far better education system would help, including sex ed, family planning, prenatal care, etc.
I also think getting rid of the liberal mindset would do wonders. No more taking the easy road out, no more participation trophies, etc. People need to learn to stand on their own feet.
When all else fails, let them fail. Far more is learned by failing.

I asked as it’s a discussion board. I do have conservatives friends and like liberals they don’t all think alike. Agreed better sex education would go a long way. In reading the sex Ed threads here, our conservatives posters seem to disagree. Lol Why the need for group conservative think? Hard to control free thinkers? Passing judgment that one who has a different path is taking the easy out. Abortion is not an easy out.

Democrats are for choice. Republicans just want to make it harder for women to have an abortion which means your states should be responsible for paying for their care. But we all have to pay because many need Medicare to survive which is a socialist program according to many.
