Well, that's wrong. The 'world' actually agrees with my statements, not yours. Because .. facts and stuff. You really should do some homework before you post.

It has potential, but isn't there yet. Why do you think abortions are traditionally done early in pregnancy? Because most people on this earth don't consider it to be a baby YET.

So no, an abortion is not the same as killing a 6 year old child (for example)
A newborn is not a toddler and a toddler is not teenager and a teenager is not an adult. All are human life forms though.

I don’t think that you speak for the world and I highly doubt the majority of the the world’s people agree with you.

This you would know if you had actually read the studies

Apparently those Title X family planning clinics available are not enough. If you understood any thing of human behavior you would realize the fact that there are more family planning clinics that abortion clinics has no relevance here. People dont even register that. When it comes to pleasures they think more in the moment. If an unwanted pregnancy happens desperation will drive them to one of the fewer abortion clinics or to try self induced abortion, as the woman in the OP, or toss their infant in a dumpster.
It goes WAY beyond the very generous funding of Title X Clinics, and their numerous locations, and therefore the very easy access to them.

Remember that Black and Hispanic women have the highest rates of abortion.

Percent of total abortions, by race:

White women: 39%
Black and Hispanic women: 54%

https://www.kff.org/womens-health-po...2:%22asc%22%7D

Compare that to the US population, by race:

Non-Hispanic White: 60.1%
Black and Hispanic: 31.9%

(US Census Bureau)

Recognize the problem yet?

So WHY aren't Black and Hispanic women using the easily accessible and in many cases FREE birth control available at the Title X Clinics? THIS eye-opening finding from the National Survey of Reproductive and Contraceptive Knowledge (survey of unmarried women) exposes the problem:
Quote:
"32% strongly or somewhat agreed that the government tries to limit minority populations by encouraging birth control use. Black and Latina women were more likely than white women to strongly or somewhat agree with the latter statement (42% and 51%, respectively, vs. 25%)"
https://www.guttmacher.org/sites/def...es/4415012.pdf

So they won't use birth control because they think the government pushes it on them as a way of limiting minority populations, and then when they get pregnant, they get an abortion which does exactly the same thing... limits the minority population. Senseless. Absolutely senseless. /smh

Though that actually was why Sanger founded Planned Parenthood, I wonder who told minorities (and why) that limiting their population was the goal of providing contraceptives to them, setting them up for the FAR more profitable to PP high rate of abortions.

So you are or have been a single mother trying to get and live on child support?
I didn't get pregnant when I was single. I used birth control correctly each and every time.

You think abortions don't happen all over the world? Since biblical times.

And so did murder, rape, war, poverty, famine, hurricanes, earthquakes, beheadings, and cannibalism.

Shall we all embrace those ideals and actions as well?

Let us all know. Maybe start a charity to ensure cannibalism continues in the US. Since you are interested in perpetuating things that happened in "biblical times" in the modern day United States.

It IS a human life. Both are stages in the human life cycle.
