Why are you so quick to let the men off the hook? They also need to be responsible.
Nobody’s letting the man off the hook. Both should be responsible, however, thinking only the man should be responsible makes no sense. After all, equality.

I have always stated: Men should use condoms. No question. Every time. Every place. Every woman.

Just so you are CLEAR about my opinion on that subject and fully understand that I am of the opinion that men should 100%, every time, wear. a. condom.

So... Remind me:

Do men get pregnant?

It also seems like people don’t realize that PP has very successful fundraising departments so even without tax dollars funding abortions, they do very much have the ability and means to raise private funds and help cover the cost of abortions for people who need financial assistance. Taking tax dollars away for abortions will not leave low income people without help, it’s just help from private donors vs taxpayers.
If we're talking contraception, PP is redundant and unnecessary. There are over 4,000 taxpayer-funded Title X Family Planning Clinics nationwde. There are less than 700 PP facilities, mostly located in the same areas as the Title X clinics, and only 272 abortion clinics nationwide.

Any sane person knows it's easier to use bc to prevent pregnancy than to go through the physical trauma and extra cost to have an abortion.

Perhaps things have changed in the last 10 years but most doctors will not preform a tubal on single women or women that dont already have 2 children, afraid they will change their mind.

People do actually use the many available birth control methods. Abortion has been greatly reduced, the fertility rate has decreased. Sex and pregnancy is like most everything else, obesity, drug addiction, some cancers and diseases, accidents, marriage, for example, no matter how much information, assistance, how many safety devices, how cautious or how many alternatives are available there is going to be a percent of the population that will have an unwanted pregnancy, abortion, get fat, become addicted, become an alcoholic, get lung cancer, cirrhosis, die in accidents, and get divorced, etc.

Yet the limited number of abortionists will kill a baby with no qualms the mother will change her mind. Huh. Go figure.

The rest of your post is just more excuses as to why you want to kill babies via abortion.

There has been a lot of discussion about that. That's what court-ordered child support payments are for. Get the paternity test. Hold the man responsible.

This idiotic argument gets trotted out again and again.

Yet not one poster has EVER said: Men shouldn't wear condoms. Men shouldn't pay child support.

But they still bring this up as if it's an earth shattering GOTCHA!!!! argument. It's pathetic.

Again, for the low-info people, 95% of all unintended pregnancies are due to women VOLUNTARILY participating in unprotected sex.

I'm telling you what the purpose and findings of the studies you linked a link to suggested (that you didnt read) as an approach to limit even more the unplanned pregnancies that lead to abortion. If you have a question I suggest you directed to those authors.

Is it crazy to advocate for a reduction in abortions?

But instead of listening people love to play the “gotcha” game.
Measures are being taken, abortion has greatly decreased the fertility rate had decreased. Like everything else in life for example obesity, drug and alcohol addiction, accidents, marriage, lung cancer, cirrhosis, certain diseases, marriage, pregnancy and abortion will occur within a certain percentage of the population regardless of precautions, information, instruction, available alternatives, programs, etc.

Yes it is unreasonable when posters go on an on about how a zygote is the same as a born child and abortion is murdering a baby EXCEPT when the mothers life or health is at risk, when the baby's health would be at risk, if it were rape or incest as if those things no longer make abortion killing a baby.
