So if they did lose trade with the US, which is absolutely, positively, not going to happen, they would still be in good shape economically. No, I was speaking specifically of the south of Ukraine in that sentence, so compared to the large territory Russia took and still retains for the moment, the gains for Ukraine south of Mykolaev are indeed small. They have, however made significant gains in the northeast, which can be seen on the map I posted. The purple areas are territory Ukraine has regained. You can see how the territory re-gained in the south is, indeed, small compared to 1) the territory Russia is holding onto in the south, and 1) the much lager gains Ukraine has made in the northeast.

He usually regurgitates propaganda, but he's also offered opinions in posts, like the one from a few months ago where he said after the Russian Donbas offensive Ukraine would be peacefully divided up with Russia getting most of it.
It aged so poorly he now seems to prefer sticking to copypasting propaganda.
