Sadly, very few. Most people have NO CLUE that there's a HUGE difference between federal and state governments and therefore federal and state drug possession convictions.

My point is if he really thought they were imprisoned for the wrong reasons he waited 2 years too long. It doesn't matter how many people it impacts.

He's doing it for vote buying. He doesn't care about those people. He doesn't care about the issue.

It was his campaign platform. And uninformed people will think this applies across all states.

See, you do not go to Federal prison for simple possession.
Biden is setting NO ONE free

But let's "make believe" this is a stupendous move by our Commander in Chief !!!

According to the White House, no one is currently in federal prison solely for “simple possession” of the drug, but the pardon could help thousands overcome obstacles to renting a home or finding a job.

Not a fan of this nod to mj dealers, and profiteers from drug deals. Particularly when minors were used to sell.

Do the time. We are becoming permissive and dismissive of illegal activities...
White collar criminals oftentimes get a free pass!

There's many legal activities that should be illegal! Think Big Pharma for one!
