Where do these people come from?
They come from the same place (well, not quite so low, but almost) as those that find it acceptable to wantonly execute gestating babies they would simply prefer did not exist.
A civilized society does not make it acceptable to simply kill anyone, just because they make exceptions in cases of self-defense.

Again, there is NO such thing as "forced birth." Only 0.3% of abortions are due to rape. 95% of unintended pregnancies are due to women VOLUNTARILY participating in unprotected sex, by their own admission (Guttmacher). THAT'S when they decide to accept birth as a consequence of their own voluntary actions, when they themselves CHOOSE to have unprotected sex.

And, again, I will submit the fact that the LEAST likely group to be able to afford a child has only a 8.6% abortion rate when faced with an unintended pregnancy while the the highest income group's abortion rate is 31.9%.
Saying yes to sex isn’t saying yes to pregnancy, labor, delivery, 18 years of parenthood or giving a child up for adoption. No one is forced to abort. Don’t like abortion don’t have one. Women live by their own values and don’t have to embrace yours.

While that's true, you can see how urban thugs think NOTHING of killing others for their own convenience because the abortion advocates have been excessively screaming the exact same thing: It's OK to kill another if they're an inconvenience to you.

A civilized society doesn’t make women remain pregnant and give birth against their own will.

Inconvenience is a traffic jam. Calling pregnancy and parenthood an inconvenience diminishes the life changing responsibility of having a child.

There are extremely few women who get pregnant against their will. Only 0.3% of abortions are due to rape. 95% of unintended pregnancies are due to women VOLUNTARILY participating in unprotected sex, by their own admission (Guttmacher). Getting pregnant was NOT against their will. It was a risk they DELIBERATELY chose to take.

The circumstances of the pregnancy matters not.

A civilized society also protects the life of the unborn, this is why 47 of 50 states make it illegal to terminate a pregnancy beyond 24 weeks.

98.3% of abortions are performed solely for the sake of convenience in healthy pregnancies killing a healthy developing baby, so what in the hell are you even talking about?

Actually, it does matter. In only 0.3% of abortions is a woman pregnant against her will (due to rape).
