Never believed there was going to be a shortage. Nothing happened because it was a lie. I could post a new thread that there’s to be a shortage of left handed screwdrivers and some folks would be heading to hardware stores asking for them.

During the Oct. 27 broadcast of Tucker Carlson Tonight, the primetime host launched into a lengthy monologue blaming President Joe Biden’s “jihad” against Russia for bringing the United States on the cusp of a supposed collapse. The U.S. had less than a month to fix a looming energy crisis, the Fox host warned.
“Thanks to the Biden administration's religious war in Ukraine, this country is about to run out of diesel fuel,” Carlson breathlessly exclaimed. “According to data from the Energy Information Administration by the Monday of Thanksgiving week—that’s 25 days from now—there will be no more diesel. What’s going to happen then? Well, everything will stop. That means trucks and trains and barges all unable to move.”
Painting a scene straight out of Mad Max, Carlson continued to assert that “farm equipment will shut down,” deliveries of goods would cease “because there’ll be no trucks,” and “our economy will crash because everything runs on diesel fuel.”
At one point, he nonsensically blamed transgender people for the apparent energy shortage.
Of course he was. And right wing media sopped it up like syrup and ran with whatever he said, and all the viewers and readers took it for gospel and spread it all over the internet. Meanwhile, Tucker cashed the checks while he snickered at how easily the willing can be fooled.
According to the most recent EIA report last week, distillate supplies are 7% below the five year average. Not a really big deal especially considering that distillate demand is over 9% lower than this time last year. Diesel prices are rapidly coming down reflecting the positive supply picture.
People don't need to rely of the likes of Tucker Carlson for facts. Actually, it is hard to imagine a worse source of truthful information.
Joe Biden and Democrats want this crisis, as 1) they love misery, and 2) they think it helps them bolster their ‘green energy’ argument.
So this is a BS post made up of all kinds of imaginary demons. A 'made from thin air' story, with no basis in reality.
First: in thinking that there was a 25 day limit to diesel supplies, just because ... and ONLY because MAGAs wanted to believe it.
Second: in thinking that "Joe Biden and Democrats" want this imaginary crises that MAGAs made up in their own heads
Third: in imagining some supposed motive for "Joe Biden and Democrats" to want the imaginary crises with no basis in reality that MAGAs made up in their own heads.
This folks, is what living in a cult does to people's thinking. It fries their brains, and we have it all on full display right here.
