The defendants have filed a motion to dismiss (see link above). Most likely it will be dismissed on the technical grounds mentioned in the motion including:
- the 44 plaintiffs don't have standing
- it's political and outside the jurisdiction of the court
- it's Congress that has the authority & mechanisms to review the President's qualifications
If Taitz is half as inept in the courtroom as she is in her paperwork this will still be very entertaining.

Judge David O. Carter is a US District Court Judge and he's allowed the hearing and it will be heard today. The DOJ has been in a panic with motion after motion to get it dismissed. But the Judge won't dismiss it because the evidence is REAL.

he paid lawyers $1.4 million. there is absolutely no proof of what he paid the lawyers for. some conspiracy theorists are just assuming it was all spent defending against birther lawsuits.
