Who takes a comment like that seriously - besides a radical or an anarchist?
I agree. I hope to defend the U.S. flag some day & would yank it out of the hands of a KKK hood who shouldn't even be allowed to touch the American flag anyway. Let them stick with the Confederate flag because it isn't American anyway.
When I grew up in Sweden, racist skinhead gangs and other neo nazi organizations used our Swedish flag during their gatherings and demonstrations. After a while it became ugly to fly the Swedish flag on your own balcony. You could be labeled a racist.
The preferred terminology is "Heritage, not hate" or some such detracting nonsense.
My answer to that is : Horse-shyt.
