It's probably from users. OkCupid used to collect reams of data about their preferences. Not sure if it's from real-time behaviors (e.g., messaging women who have been rated) or surveys. No, I haven't read the article and it's fine with me if superficiality is derided. Beyond what people can control, it's a bad thing.

Wouldn't help, because there would be all kinds of guys out there who would never get approached.

Again, I said male attractiveness declines not long after. I'm stating facts and shouldn't be jumped on for that.

I struggle to find any non-hormonal explanation for why almost all mass killers are male. Each sex has its own bad tendencies that society has to find ways to cope with. Right now, it feels like most of the social controls have been lifted.
Men are messaging women who they believe will be easiest to have sex with.

If I could somehow manipulate Salma Hayek or Jennifer Anniston into sleeping with me I'd be all over it. It's not happening. Not only are they wayyyyyyy out of my league they are too experienced for me to work some mind tricks. 19-year-old girls are perceived as easy targets by immature men. And immature men want the youngest woman possible.

But it's not proof that women's looks actually decline by their late 20s. I would expect some sort of impartial study with some sort of scientific basis as proof, more than one study would be best, not merely a survey or ratings from some overly superficial guys on a dating site.

Rodger and the rest of these shooters don't exactly look like they are testosterone-laden. They look effeminate and fragile. If such irrational rage was proven to be due to testosterone then it could be medicated down, like how women balance hormones using pills.

The bad tendencies of women are PMS nagging and being bytchy. Men want us to take pills for that, and some of us do, so what is unreasonable asking men who might become unbalanced because of their hormones to take a pill, rather than kill a bunch of people. Nagging vs. murder.

I agree it's not proof, but I haven't found such a study. Another one of a bunch of surveys suggesting it's before 30 - Does a woman's beauty peak at 29? Men reveal what they REALLY think of 'cougars', grey hair, and sex as we age | Mail Online. Keep in mind that even a 'study' in a lab might actually be a survey, probably with less-than-ideal raters. Anyway, this is getting off-topic.

It would help if experts better understood why people go on killing sprees. I think they underestimate the frustration at women and how testosterone leads to that and more directly the violence. Sodini, Ted Bundy, and some others didn't look low-testosterone. Rodger did, but no offense, he was part-Asian and also he'd been teased, which often happens to guys who look weak and of course triggers anger. We don't know he actually was low-T, and the only the mass murderer I think might have been low in testosterone was Adam Lanza, who killed little kids and didn't suggest a motive for that. I doubt it's easy to visually distinguish between medium-T men and low-T fully developed men. Anyone know if hormones can be measured from the body shortly after death?

You said it was a "fact" and you seemed quite smug about it. It seems that proof of this "fact" is hard to come by.

I have heard men who feel obsessive about getting women and sex but cannot, say they would feel relief if they could stop those feelings, or even be asexual. They say they could get a lot done and feel better.

They could possibly take the edge off with some t-reduction, and have a better quality of life. It would be worth a try. Women sometimes have to take down their estrogen chemically, no need for a man to feel bad about reducing t if it might help him for whatever reason, just like some guys supplement it. Never heard of anyone trying it, they just continue to rage at women, watch porn and complain and obsess about not scoring.
