I have to go to a meeting at 6. I am a bit peckish aka hangry. But it's really too soon to eat supper. But if the meeting runs late I am REALLY going to be hungry by the time I get home!
After kvetching about people not doing their jobs yesterday, today I am the person who dropped the ball.
It's fixable, but I had to reschedule an inspection, and I hate inconveniencing people who are trying to do their job.
I think the universe is trying to teach me a lesson.

I bought new nail polish yesterday. I just put it on my fingers and it hardly shows up! I was going to use it for my pedi today, but now I’ll need to choose another color. Life is hard.
Hubby calls to cancel our former Medicare Supplemental. Hubby misdials the phone number and is cajoled into giving them his credit card number so they can “send him a gift card”. He got the number from our insurance papers, so went along for awhile. Anyway, he finally caught on so called Discover to cancel the card.
Meanwhile, gentle is at the eye dr. having her Discover card declined. I think I might have called him a bad name when I got home.
When I went back to the store to get more bath towels they no longer offered my color so I had to choose another color. I survived.
