BTW, the actual default position for doors and cupboards is not fully open. It is partially opened/closed.
If you watch people who do know the right thing to do, you will notice that they rarely leave the door or cupboard all the way fully open, but partially as is the correct position.
The other day I almost burned myself because I needed to grab for a potholder
and someone has CLOSED the drawer they are in..
Closing those open drawers is dangerous & downright inconsiderate..
I wonder if it is done on purpose or some type of disorder ??

Sometimes passive aggressive personalities do that. They will close a drawer and then watch you get hurt or frustrated and laugh about it behind your back.

I think that definitely is the reason sometimes..
But some closers may just have ADD or be so disorganized that they
close them without even thinking..
Or maybe they just don't care about those they live with...

Personally, I think it is more OCD. Think about it. It's already open. Why not just leave it that way? There's something wrong with the compulsion for having to close it afterwards when they could have just let it be in its natural state the way that it is.

And sometimes passive aggressive people will leave a cabinet door above your head open so that when you stand up from getting a piece of Tupperware out of the lower cabinet (and then closing the door so that other people don't hit their shins on an inappropriately open door) you hit the top of your head on the corner so hard that your knees buckle and you see stars. While the passive aggressive person laughs and then says, "Do you need to go to the hospital?"

I bet the same people who leave drawers and cabinets open also chew with their mouths open too. And breathe with their mouths open. And snore loudly with their mouths open.
They're the ones who run up the averages when it comes to the average number of spiders a person swallows in their sleep over a lifetime:

Do you have issues with these things too ???
When did these issues being?
How was your childhood ??
