Cheated on her with me, by the way. I was his mistress for over a year until he finally divorced her and married me. He always tells me I'm the love of his life, which is how I feel about him also.
And for those who may say "it will never work out-once a cheater, always a cheater", I'm here to just say that THAT typical response isn't always true. Married 6 blissful years and counting.

You're right, it's not always true and someone who cheated in the past may never cheat again. However, I think there can be a distinction between someone who cheated and a cheater. Both in my opinion speak of poor judgment, but the former can be circumstantial while the latter sounds like an inherent character flaw.

Unless you arent human, it will ALWAYS be somewhere in the back of your mind that he may cheat on you. Because you already know that he is capable of it.
Karma, if there is such a thing has a boom-a-rang effect. OP sounds a bit braggish to me, really, hun, what did you get? A cheater. Period. Your marriage was born of cheating...NOTHING to brag about...
A friend of mine met her husband at work and they did cheat on their respective spouses. Eventually they both were divorced and then married each other.
Now they are divorcing. Neither of them cheated this time but the stress and constant worrying about cheating caused their relationship to deteriorate.
