I've already taken a few pot shots at him.

He's too easy. Must be an alpha male wannabe.

This in fact is the #1 reason why there are record number of single moms today, It's alpha males who are getting the women pregnant and leaving them. The rejected beta males would have made good fathers. Even Roissy (or whatever he calls himself now) who's blog helped raise awareness of alpha/beta males admits this is all leading to the collapse of society.
There have always been alphas and betas. The difference before was that divorce was extremely difficult, so women were stuck with emotionally or physically abusive husbands. Bad matches had no way out.

A while ago I saw a chart that found the % of never married adult men with no children skyrocketed since 1970, a much larger rise than among women. These are the have nots, there are a lot more of them post-sexual revolution. Many of the same betas today who have no interaction with women would have been married with children if they were born in an earlier era. Sometimes I wonder if I would be here today if things were like this. My dad was a total beta yet he had no trouble meeting and marrying my mom who was very pretty I might add, when the pressure to marry was on things fell into place, there was somebody for everybody.
Maybe these are the guys who treat women like objects instead of like human beings? I mean, look at the OP... women are basically only judged by their hotness and the 'rejected' guys will only get the ones nobody wants (fatty fat fattties!!!). Does anyone else find this kinda messed up? To treat another human being as worthless because of her weight or because she's not pretty enough is really harsh.

Regardless, maybe these men should lower their ridiculous standards and realize they're probably not the catches they think they are. Then, they'll probably find someone. For every woman demanding a 'rich' husband there's probably 10 men demanding a model wife.

No. Promiscuity makes alpha males. Women find alpha males to be desirable and it is THEY who are promiscuous to obtain their favors.

One of the big reason that men should not marry most women with kids - especially the high proportion of never married or married for a short time - is that their "instant family" usually comprises alpha males (who generally are low attainment types with a high propensity for criminal acts) and females who think that their new family and society owes them everything that their mother got for nothing.

Beta males, who are not their "real" parents - the kids words and attitude - are in a very poor position to do anything about this sad situation. Bail bondsman, public defender and welfare house operator are among the many hats that this role will require.

Is this forum capable of doing anything besides peddle stereotypes? PLEASE don't put us through more of this!

And also "back in the day" it was unseemly for women to make the first move (or any move) so the only power she had was in rejection. Men got to choose which women they wanted, while women waited to be approached. And not all women were approached.

Only women can tell you and these preferences change somewhat, decade by decade. Other men usually figure out what it takes, and what they don't have by observing who is successful.

That was embarrassingly silly.

I'm assuming you're trolling or 14.

Can you guys stop with this alpha male nonsense? Nobody spewing 5th grade biological precepts on the internet is an "alpha male," so please stop selling your E-persona in this way. It's hard to read without laughing.

Reality: what works for middle class and below women who rate a 7/10 or below: right place, right time, deduction on her part based on whether men in the social group want to be around you + financial stability= their subconscious algorithm.

For beautiful women it's a question of finances.

The end.

A "real" man (or "alpha male" or whatever...such labels are dumb...so let's just say "mature adult") wouldn't spend his time starting threads like these, unnecessarily bashing other men and women and putting them down. Most of his contributions to the forum or would be helpful, positive, humorous, humble, empathetic, etc. More importantly, throughout his life he would simply "do" and wouldn't feel the need to boast that he's "all that" or stroke his ego. If he's in a position of leadership or encounters a situation where it's suitable to lead, then he would just lead.
