Well, before I joined corporate America I lived outside for part of the year every year. Now, it's pretty sparse with my limited vacation time. It's what I love, it's not what I get to do regularly. I get to work regularly, which I don't really love and which is why it did't make the list. My preferences have been highlighted this past week as I was quite unhappy in Paris with the smells of the metro (urine, BO, etc), the crowds, the vendors, etc, and my mood changed like night and day when I got out further out into the country. I didn't get to camp, tho. My husband and I wanted to rent a camper-van initially but in the end decided we didn't want to spend the money.

Start with merengue. The footwork is really easy. Then work your way up. Try cumbia too!

Every time I see the word merengue I think of the pie. And then I get hungry, and I forget what we were talking about.
But yes I think I'll try those first before anything too complicated. Thing is I have decent footwork in freestyling and breaking, but structured dancing requires very precise placing and positioning.
