I spend hundreds of dollars on anti aging products because I am paranoid about getting older...when I see girls in their teens I feel very threatened..lots of men find girls who are young as 16 attractive and even try to pursue them

Not "may" exist redberry rose..it DOES exist...I know, and I have many good friends who feel the same about their spouses as they age together..Not all men are superficial.
It depends on whether or not you let yourself go. Women can be hot well into their 40's if they stay in shape. Although, once in that age range nature will really make both men and women work extra hard to stay fit. Also, once you've reached that age you're going to attract men that are also in their 40's and probably even in their mid to late 50's so you'll have to give up on trying to attract the 28 year old stud with the six pack abs and ripped arms.
I am deathly afraid of getting older. It seems that when a woman approaches 30, she is no longer valuable or desirable to men as younger girls are. They'll just toss me aside and start chasing after 19 year olds. This is a very depressing state. If I get married, will my husband still lust after me or will he want to trade me in for a 20 year old??

You should ask the producers of Datelines "To Catch a Predator" what percentage of men they believe desire youth and beauty. The numbers would scare you. Perverts aside, yes men do desire feminine beauty, and that will never change.
A woman who is hot in her 20s will be hot in her 30s and 40s unless she puts on weight. Now you tell me what % of US women you believe are actually in shape after their 20s? Statistics say that 66% are overweight. So there went a huge percentage of your hot 20 yr olds.
But with some effort, a woman can be just as attractive and desirable in her 30s and 40s to guys her own age or older. After 50, I would safely say that all bets are off. Buy a cat.
OP, most likely, no one will even know you've crossed the 3-0 threshold when you get there, anyway. It's not like someone comes and sews a scarlet 30 on your collar. Men have no idea how old women are half the time. And we've had plenty of posts here by guys who are hitting 35 or 40 and still single, who are wondering if there are any single, childless women left in the dating pool. Most mature guys want mature women in their age range. There's nothing to worry about.
