Question: if a woman does not have any kids with her husband, what would she do as a stay at home wife? Doesn't home-related work get boring? That's my own opinion, though.

Lola, he is being honest and truthful. As for me, most failed to realize that I speak the truth.

Not for me personally but hey, everyone has their thing...
My wife has stayed home for the past 7 years or so. Right after our first baby arrived. We agreed back then that we want her to raise our child and not a day care. Then our second baby arrived a couple of years after that.. now fast forward to now and our kids are in elementary school. My wife is the brainy kind. So she is bored. She does take care of our house, but she is bored. The same routine every day and the infrequent people interaction is hard. I try to give her a day off at least twice a month, where I take care of our kids for the day, but it doesn't help. So a year or so ago we decided that she should go back to work either part time or full time.... issue now is that her work skills and even people skills are an issue. Pretty much has to start again. On the positive side, she has a chance to take on something she might enjoy.

I know of some women that did this for 20+ years and it is almost impossible for them to get back to work. That is why we don't want to wait.

Now don't get me wrong. Stay at home 'mom' works hard (yeah I know the OP was talking about non moms). My wife works as a cook, house keeper, baby sitter, teacher, wife, friend, nurse, laundry service, gardener, shopper, librarian, and a cab driver!! :-) You got to respect that.

answer: That second job the working wives do when they get home from their paying job. Yes it does get boring, but so does paid-related work. What are you going to do?

My question is what would a stay at home husband do?

Oh puleeeze. The only way that works is if wife is wayyy hotter than hubby and he gives in rather than lose her.

Well, thank you, thank you very much! I'm blushing...

I didn't say hot. I said hottER. That could mean you are a 10 and he is a 5.

It could also mean you are a 5 and he is a 1.
