A decent human being doesn't need a book to dictate morality. Humans are all born what religious people would call atheists. Humans are indoctrinated into religion as children, then they either grow with it, or out of it.
Bad people won't be saved by the Lord, they will either just be bad people, or be bad people hiding behind the guise of religion. Some bad people will even exploit religion to cover their way of life. What's even more sickening, the church will protect some of these bad people.
Makes it all very hard to take seriously. Hypocrites and insincere.
Do the characteristics of bottle change to become a man-in-a-red-shirt-bottle if a man in a red shirt refers to it, or change to become a documents-on-bottles-bottle if a book entitled Documents on Bottles references it?

So your morality can change like the wind then. Ours does not.
Since I don't base my morality on wind, nor other superstitions, then I'd have to say no...it does not change based upon wind.
On the other hand, I can reassess my views on moral topics when I've been presented with argument or data to suggest I ought to. And I don't have to figure out ways to reconcile my morality with an ancient tome. So in that sense....I'm actually quite free to be as moral as I can be.

I assume you are wondering why the use of the term bible-god, which you required me to decrypt, rather than just asking.
That is to clarify the particular god being discussed, because there are in fact many gods that people assert. The god of the bible being the most popular, but not the only one.

Who is this "ours"? You do not speak for anyone but yourself, especially given the number of Christians on here, not just atheists, who have rushed to distance themselves from most of what you say, claim and think.
However, as always when you summarize the atheist position, you do not do so accurately. It does not change "like the wind". It changes in response to concepts like compassion, empathy, reciprocity, justice and well being. And above all it changes to fit the context in which it is applied. It is labile, responsive and rational.
Contrast that to a set in stone nonsense that is forced to apply to any situation in which it appears and one wonders that you said what you just said at all, let alone so proudly.
