I don't see how we are ever going to replace it. Most series continue until they start going downhill like Dexter, so we are ready to let them go. Breaking Bad is going out on top, we will miss it forever.

You're exactly right! We super-fans developed a never-previously-experienced emotional bond with this show. Knowing it is about to end has stirred up a sadness in me that confirms (once again) how obsessed I have become with this show.
Our transition to other series will be like eating bologna after we've been spoiled by prime beef.
The infamous ricin capsule - my guess on how it's used.
Spoiler
Walt goes gonzo on the Aryan gang, killing them all with his big, nasty machine gun, apparently saving Jesse.
But Walt blames Jesse for everything that happened. If Jesse had simply gone into hiding, Walt, in his hubris as the genius, is certain that he could have kept everything together. Instead, Jesse goes to Hank and betrays Walt. And Walter White really doesn't like being screwed over or people messing with his family. It's why Walt told Jesse that he let Jane Margolis, a heroin addict and Jesse's girlfriend, die of an overdose - Walt wanted Jesse to feel the emotional pain of betrayal.
So when the only two left standing in the middle of the blood-spattered Aryan compound are Walt and Jesse, Walt lays into a bewildered/angry Jesse, damning Jesse for betraying Walt and causing the harm/possible demise of the White family. And as a final denouement, Walt tells Jess that he's used the ricin capsule to poison the two people that Jesse cared about, Andrea Castillo and her son Brock.
That's Walter White's revenge. That his Judas, Jesse Pinkman, has suffered as big of a loss as Walt has.
And in that moment, Walt will let Jesse get the drop on him. Yes, Walt lets Jesse get the upper hand on purpose.
There's no cure for ricin poisoning, and Walt will be certain that Jesse knows that. All Jesse can do is go to Andrea and Brock to watch them die painful slow deaths. Walt will goad Jesse with that knowledge, until Jesse finally kills Walter White. Which is part of the dying man's plan.
The only person left standing is a shattered Jesse Pinkman.

And maybe Saul Goodman. Or maybe not.
That's an interesting theory. But why did you hide it as a spoiler?
Yeah, Homeland and Justified, while good, are a big dropoff after Breaking Bad. Some older shows come a little closer, obviously The Wire but I'm sure everyone has seen that, and even that is completely different kind of show.
For me, the closest thing is The Shield - frenetic action combined with great writing and acting. Main character tries to walk the line between good and evil. And with seven seasons to chew on, keeps you busy for awhile...
Some excellent Brit shows out there too - Cracker, Wallander and Luther top my list.

I just feel like this last episdode - the death of Hank, admitting to Jesse about Jane, Walt Jr knowing, the knife fight with Skyler - was rock bottom for Walt. The phone call to absolve Skyler, the return of Holly, signalled to me that Walt is seeking a path of redemption. I would be surprised if Walt threathened Andrea and Brock, but anything is possilbe I guess.
Charles Baker (Skinny Pete) has a supporting role in James Spader's new NBC drama The Blacklist which starts tomorrow. And Betsy Brandt is starring in the Michael J. Fox Show. Hope they're better than Under the Dome!
