I'm Puerto rican and white mixed, My PR family is mainly white but I do see a little bit of a native look in some of them, my mom being one of them.
You said your family is from Santa marta, is that a mostly afro colombian city or does it have alot of mestizos and whites too?
your fam might be castizos. i heard in caugus there's a lot of taino ancestry. santa marta is a unique mix of mestizos, whites, and afro colombians, so its a lot of diversity, but i'd have to say that mestizos are probably the majority. same with barranquilla.
Nice pictures I miss Puerto Rico. I got to spend a month in Ceiba/Roosevelt Roads area back in 2003 or so... I'm looking forward to spending Sept in San Juan this year. I must work on my Spanish!

I love how he tried to call you a self hating mulatta just because you don't consider yourselff just black.
lol ikr. not only funny but pretty accurate too. and hes just mad because i embrace my native american and white blood. i mean i KNOW its in me, what am i supposed to do? ignore it? i do consider myself black and apart of the afro colombian community but im also zamba and what he fails to realize is most of the people in the afro colombian community are triracials, mulattos and zambos.
Yeah exactly a SMALL GROUP OF PEOPLE, You didn't bring anything, I brought alot more than you did, my eveidence was alot more comprehensive than yours. and theres even less african ancestry further in the Interior in places like Bogota, Pasto, Cucuta etc.
I love how your trying to argue with 2 people telling you otherwise, One being from Colombia who probably has the best idea out of all of us and Myself who has brought alot more evidence which is more accurate than what you posted.
cundinamarca's mestizos have more native blood than they do euro and their african blood is very very null. their bloodlines look almost like mexican mestizos except im pretty sure mexicans mestizos have more native in them (like 60%).
