I agree. I got my haircut in Florida and this black woman cut my hair right down and kept saying forward things like "you really don't get this done". She forced my head down on the basin aswell.

I've been to the US, Canada, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Austria.
My worst experience was in Italy, but I that might just be coincidental.

People in Switzerland are quite nice.

Europeans garnered over 75% of the vote for most rude and that totally comports with my experience. Would never go back or recommend anyone else to go anywhere in Europe.
