Violation descriptions and comments

This is a follow-up to the PI done on 10-5-10. The following items have been addressed:
* Caulking around sinks has been done.
* Spray hose now 1" above sink rim.
* Chlorine test kit now available.
* Pizza prep cooler noted at 34f.
* Light shields available throughout.
* Final approvals obtained from building / fire inspectors.
* Still planning on opening 10-10-10. Okay to do food prep once final cleaning done.
* Will return on 10-22-10 to verify non hand operated handles / covered garbage for restroom.
