NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN Observation: The commercial can opener blade is dirty and shall be kept clean of encrusted food. Correction: Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment. FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY Observation: The rubber backed rugs in the walk-in cooler at the time of the inspection are not an acceptable anti-slip floor covering.
