Correction: Clean arnd sanitize all utensils and equipment before contact with food. Recommend using alcholol prep pads to sanitize thermometer probe. Correct By: 12-Jun-2014

Observation: Ice at soda dispensing system at drive thru is subject to potential contamination from mold growth on surfaces of ice drop chute.
