    Observation: There are gaps between the front door opening and the door casing which could allow the entrance of insects or rodents.
    Correction: Repair these gaps so that entrance by insects or rodents into the food establishment is prevented. New door sweep was installed and screen door has been removed. Still in need of weather stripping between the door and door casing.

    Correction: Provide corner stripping, end caps and coving in these areas.

    Observation: The future front dining area between kitchen and bar area has debris, sawdust, and construction/remodeling equipment.
    Correction: Remove all the debris, sawdust and above construction/remodeling equipment from this room. Thoroughly clean flooring to allow clean transport of food to customers. Items that are unnecessary to the operation of the food establishment shall be removed from the premise.

    Observation: The kitchen flooring, mainly under cookline, warewashing area, dishmachine, and kitchen equipment is soiled with dirt, paint chips, and debris/dust. Wall adjacent to fryers is soiled with grease.

    Observation: Paint and associated supplies are stored in 2nd floor dry storage area.
