Well I've been in the mode of reading on "mental illness" more rightly "spiritual illness",I tried to watch a beautiful mind about John Nash the schizophrenic/genuis but only got so far.Im reading too a book about a boy with bi polar who became a shaman and left the west.Its hard to keep it all with you,the spiritual aspect of things when society shouts a resounding no to all spiritual aspects of life,outright dismisses all spiritual belief as some form of mental illness....

They Usually Find Someone to Blame...and it Wasn't my Turn

I've been in business a long time, about 27 years, 20 in IT. I've seen a few consistent behaviors over the years, one of which is blaming (someone) with there is a major issue. Human nature seems to require it.

Six months ago, we had a major account that went bad. For sake of argument, my boss was Captain of the ship. I was XO (exec officer). The troops were leads (call them Sergeants) and ICs working with said-captains.

This company is...a major player in Seattle...
