Drum brakes, although they are still installed from the factory in the rear on some base model cars, will probably be completely phased out in the next 5 years or so.

Car radio antennas. Most are built into the body now.
In the rear defrost, or telescopic. Stationary ones are still around.

Those were horrible.

Remember when rear defrosters were optional even in the northern climates? You'd rarely find a southern car pre-1990 with a stock rear defrost. Same with AC up north, optional and not always bought as it was expensive (I actually ordered my one new car without AC but ended up with as it took so long to come in, I took the next one off the truck). Hardly ever used it and now don't at all. Can you even get cars without rear defrost or AC now?

I think Mercedes still has a hood ornament too, but safety regulations require that it be mounted on a spring, so in a pedestrian crash, it would harmlessly fold down.

I think they are still standard on some large trucks, like Dodge and Mack, and the law probably applies to a hood ornament below a certain level above the ground.

Back in the 40s, used car ads would often say "R&H". That meant "radio and heater" -- which were not standard equipment in lower priced makes and models..
