Chicago was pitiful last night. If I were a Bulls fan and had to watch the way Rose chooses to play, I think I'd be absolutely maddened. He was just an abomination in the late stages of that ballgame. I get it - some guys miss shots but he just plays stupid. I was frustrated and I'm not even a Bulls fan.
Anyway, on another note...
Dallas has now dropped 4 in a row and are 11-9 since making the Rajon Rondo trade.
So that's why they were saying Rondo may not fit on ESPN the other day
Tonight the Sixers beat the Timberwolves and won their 10th game of the year. Also tonight the Hawks won their 39th game of the year, 18th in a row and still are stuck on single digit losses on the season (8). Raise your hand if you had the Sixers reaching double digit wins before the Hawks reached double digit losses! Even more remarkable when you consider the Sixers started 0-17 and the Hawks started off the year 1-3 and 5-5. Since losing to the Lakers November 18 to drop the Hawks to 5-5, they've won 34 of 37 games. And STILL nobody talks about them! If this were the Cavs, ESPN wouldn't have any time for commercial breaks on Sportscenter.

Yeah the Sixers seemed to have shown a interest in winning all of a sudden lol I definitely had they breaking the record of the 9-73 sixers team but that;s not going to happen now
Atlanta Hawks will NOT make it to the 2015 NBA Eastern Conference Finals.

Mathguy already touched on the Cavs/Bulls, both of whom are a bad matchup (healthy & playing well) for the Hawks. The Raptors are a bad matchup for them also. I belive that's the only team Atlanta has lost to more than once this season, though both losses were in the early part of the year when they weren't playing so well, so take that for what it's worth.
IMO, best chance for the Hawks to make the ECF is having the Cavs/Bulls finish 2 & 3, and having the Raps & Wizards 4 & 5. Raps & Wizards play twice coming up here before the All Star Break so we'll see how they stack up with Beal back in the lineup. I think the Wiz can beat the Raps in a 7 game series and of those top Eastern teams: Cavs, Bulls, & Wizards & Raps, I think the Hawks best chance of advancing is playing the Wizards. Lots of basketball left and things can change in a week.
Well Atlanta will be facing one of the teams below in the 2nd round and that's when they will be tested
Washington, Cleveland, or Chicago
I don't think Chicago will test Atlanta as much as some people think. The Bulls have forgotten how to play defense, they're going into Bears mode.
The last couple of weeks have been inconsistent and a couple weeks of inconsistency in the playoffs end your season.
I'm a native Chicagoan, I don't live in Chicago anymore and rarely get to watch the Bulls play but when I see Rose take 3's or Noah take jump shots, I cringe.
I see Cleveland winning the central. Yes, I know that every team has their ups and downs but Chicago should not be losing to the Lakers and Suns.

Bulls are still not 100% healthy and are tinkering with line-ups. (They started Tony Snell last night, Mirotic the night before)
Just two weeks ago people were thinking Cleveland was falling apart and now they are on a nice run.
*shrug*
It we were 70+games into the season I would agree with you.
They snapped GS's home win streak the other night so I try not to get too up or too down over regular season games etc.
Well, ATL is already in the history books by going 17-0 in a month (the first team in NBA history to do so).
The Hawks have a tough 4 game stretch coming up @NO, the Wiz, Warriors, @Mem. I fully expect us to drop some games with some players out. This is good because our bench guys will be tested.
