That's the old catholic school model...

The teachings of Jesus prove it all. Few know them.

hmm, i would argue that they are so simple a child can figure them out, and Scripture even says they will be written on our hearts--they just don't work very well if you are trying to be a success by worldly standards. You cannot serve two masters, iow.

Jesus taught the apostles to be teachers, who in turn trained other teachers to teach. Jesus promised to appoint his faithful and discreet slave( spiritual teachers) over all of his belongings here in these last days--Jesus spoke to 7 congregations( one religion) in revelation which takes place here in these last days--So what Jesus says and what you say are exact opposite. You are confused. False reasoning.
Wrong. Christ abides with us and we need only to trust what God has "written in our hearts" in agape love under the guidance of the Comforter.

Hebrews 8:10-13 King James Version (KJV)
10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

John 14:26 King James Version (KJV)
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 16:7 King James Version (KJV)
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

John 16:12-14 King James Version (KJV)
12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

1 John 2:27 (King James Version)
27But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.

2 Corinthians 3: 2-6 (King James Version)
2Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
3Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
4And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:
5Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
6Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

2 Corinthians 3:14-17
But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
15But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
16Nevertheless when it (Heart) shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
17Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

A true follower is one who truly follows, not partially or just what they want to do, etc.

The "end" is inevitable at least biblically. Bakker above should get the Nobel Peace Prize for preparing millions for the segmental ushering of events that ahead over "many year". Bakker believes we are
at least edging toward Tribulation of 7 years and suggests that many of we knuckleheads well live through at least a portion of it ( survival will only be possible with preparedness as most die within a year or so) So where are we right now? Deep into the "signs and pangs yet to kick our dumb butts". I say that because "we" are too affluent , ignorant , lukewarm to prepare.. Bakker has this cool emergency food system that makes it affordable, tasty, and if Jimbo iand God is nuts you can always eat the stored ( 25 year food)! Be prepared also for agnostic and secular fools ( first to die) to dilute in their demonic ways all that is prophecy. So the End is many years after many years and events so chill your little selves. The end-times march isn't funny conjecture or pleasant, but really interesting!

Jesus already defined them---Matt 7:21--those living now to do the will of my Father in heaven get to enter his kingdom. No wonder Jesus taught---Man does not live by bread alone, but by every utterance from God= OT-NT--years of reading it--over and over--Few bother.

1John 3 -- a mirror for all to peer into. It describes who are the children of God or the children of the devil--it says---Its impossible for a child of God to practice even one sin.--- this world is in trouble.
A practicer of sin = a worker of iniquity( lawlessness)--These will hear these words from Jesus at judgement-Matt 7:22-23)
As well Paul teaches--Jesus sacrifice does not cover any who practice a sin-Heb 10:26)
