Of course the Bible is a book written by men. The last time I looked the only ones on Earth who write books are people.
Although written by men the Bible is inspired by God (God chosen men) according to 2nd Timothy 3:16-17.
Unlike other religious books, the Bible is unique in its corresponding or parallel cross-reference verses and passages which show the internal harmony among it many Bible writers. That is why in Jesus' teachings that Jesus could often preface his statements with the words, " it is written....." meaning already written down in the old Hebrew Scriptures.

Which NEVER took away or deleted the scripture He was referring to, and you know it. That's just a smokescreen you like to throw up to cast doubt on the scriptures, thinking your flesh will not be accountable for ALL of them. Like you don't think anyone can figure that out. Peace

Jesus said a bunch of stuff that is not in the Old Testament scriptures and whatsmore rarely quoted them. Does that not say anything to you. Yes i know the new testament writers quoted old testament scriptures, i am saying Jesus rarely did. So the scriptures were not the source of his ministry, his Father was everytime without fail. You will n o doubt reject this just like rbbi, in favor of the book you idolize and the beliefs you have about it.

EVERYTHING Jesus said was based on the OT scriptures. He didn't have to quote them verbatim, because He, as the HG, SAID THEM THE FIRST TIME. Peace
