Do Protestants spend their entire worship service going through the Bible with a highlighter and figuring out what Catholics are doing wrong? LOL.

I don't think I've ever heard a priest or fellow Catholic say anything derogatory about another religion. Frankly, who cares? It's like a political party who's only platform is that "we're better than the other guys". Last time I checked that's a lousy sales pitch.

But hey, don't let me interrupt.

I have never been to a Christian (non-Catholic) service of any kind that says anything about Catholicism and her teachings, and I have been to a lot of different churches. What Christians do, is we study the Word, period. And singing praises to God!! As a former Catholic, before I left the RC I studied the Word and many other documents, before I left, in order to find the Truth it only makes sense to do so. It is out of my deep compassion and love for Catholics that I even bother saying anything now, because I once was Catholic.

But yes, just so you know, most Christians I know highlight or underline in their Bibles. And sometimes when I am reading something in the Word I find that is completely contrary to a Catholic practice I do take note of it, because, I spend a lot of time teaching and ministering to Catholics.

How nicely sarcastic...
First dear, you were the one who seems to have no clue what Christians do in Worship....I was clarifying that for you...is there a problem with that?

Therein lies the basic problem. Catholics DON'T need ministering to....

We have found Jesus We have found the Truth We love the Catholic

Church...

It is obvious that Catholics are not considered Christian w/ some here which is completely absurd

The true colors of catholic bigotry and predjudice are showing through :mad

Why not bark up the atheist/agnostic tree? (Sorry Plad, Montana, Lisa, etc) and leave fellow Christians alone?

Because it's not Scriptural, that's why.

Show me where it says Scripture ALONE is the sole source of authority.
