Houston has alot of diversity. We have alot of Hispanics (Mexicans), Asians (Vietnamese), and African (Nigerians). The International Festival is always big here and there are countless Mexican restaurants. We have two chinatowns (one official and the other unofficial).
When i went to New York City i was very blown away by the culture there. i loved chinatown and little italy. It was interesting walking through Times Square and seeing so many foreigners.
Never been to Chicago so i can't speak on the diversity and culture there.
All 3 have good diversity, but L.A. is probably going to win here. Chicago would get my vote for 2nd then Houston a pretty distant 3rd.
It's not that distant from Chicago at all.
