The Nickelodeon Theater is going into phase two of its renovation fundraising campaign. They plan to be ready to use the space they've already renovated for the Indie Film festival this year.

The scaffolding is up and facade restoration work has begun on the Brennan Building (the old Capitol Restaurant building) in the 1200 block of Main Street.
