This is just sickening! The mother had primary custody, so why couldn't he just tell her to stop bringing him for visitation and let him live??

County obviously had enough to charge the bio father. We'll see if that's enough to convict him.

As the father of a six year old and a 4 year old, this sickens me beyond words. Little boys cling to their daddies. I say make this guy suffer. Peel his skin off and burn it before his eyes as he breathes his last breaths.

I hear you, but does it matter what age the girl was?
He'd be just as sick (assuming he did it) whether the woman was 7, 17, 77, or anything in between.

That's something a bit unusual. Every couple of years, some mother kills all of her children in order to stay with a boyfriend who doesn't like kids.

Men generally simply walk away from their kids and never look back.

This is sad and so wrong on so many levels. He had a lot of other choices he could have made. Give the son to the mother, her family, his family, the state, adopt him out...

Yeah, basically that tells me he is either crazy or maybe it turns out that he didn't do it?

Like you guys have pointed out, he had lots of "easier outs".

If they have iron-clad evidence then charge him with the death penalty and let him plea down to life no parole.
