Madoff is sitting in jail because he oversaw criminal activity taking place at his corporation. This big theory that Corporations cant be held responsible is garbage..

Where the hell did left wing kooks get their education from? If you paid for college, ask for a refund.

In fact, if you look at Obama's list, you quickly realize that all but 4 have either expired and have been double-counted. And the rest are "WORTHLESS". The problem with Obama's entire approach to tax cuts, and why none of them has made a difference. They are either too narrowly targeted or too complicated, require businesses to jump through hoops to qualify, or are too temporary to have any long-term incentive effect.

They are designed more to give Obama something to brag about than actually to help small-business owners. All of which might help explain why Obama's policies have left small companies increasingly pessimistic and they will not hire.

Obama may think he can fool the public into believing his tax policies are helping small companies survive and thrive. Small-business owners who have to "balance their budget know better.

Obama keeps pointing at things are today... NOT??? Of course we did not hear anything new from Obama.

Romney has the plan.

Romney was saying his people came up with binders full of good women who could do the job. Why is that a bad statement? I should hope it is true. He wanted the accomplished women to join his cabinet and he got them. That is just smart.

I'm a male...and my best bosses in my 35+ year career in IT have been women.

But his company wasn't arrested, if a corporation is a person and a corporation committed a crime, then the whole corporation should be sitting in jail with him by the definition of a corporation is a person.

But that isn't the case, the corporation isn't a person, but the person running the corporation was found guilty of a crime and that person is in jail for it, not the corporation.

Maybe you should be asking for your education refund cause you clearly missed the point that corporations are not people....people work for corporations.

Also technically wrong, Silverstein Properties was leasing the buildings, they did not own the buildings.

Companies pretty much get executed if they are breaking the law in a serious way and their CEO's are responsible in the same way parents are responsible for their children..

If Obama wins the presidency we are all toast. He will be living the life of luxury but the rest of us are toast.
