I knew a black (medium brown) guy that had blonde arm hair. Weird eh?

That was just the first link on Google that looked like a decent source. All the other results were from wikipedia, Answers.com, Yahoo Answers, funfactz.com, chicksandfacts.com, and other oddly named websites and blogs.

LOL! That is totally not true. Not at all. Take it from a natural blonde.

Sometimes you can tell by the eyebrows, but not always.
Seen enough women ? I'm very shy, conservative, and reserved. I don't have the guts to get that close to a woman.

^This.^ Dyed blonde hair has a one dimensional flat look to it. True adult blondes will have the color variances/streaks mentioned above, especially if they've been in the sun. This is something that can't really be achieved through chemical highlighting/lowlighting either.

Interesting. You will never have a thread this long about brunettes. In fact, probably nobody cares if a brunette is real or not. Wonder why.

Well I didn't mean you have to be up close and personal to tell. You can tell just in everyday encounters. I'm a woman so I definitely don't get weirdly close to women, but I still can tell when someone's hair is natural and when it is bleached.

Ditto. It's sort of obvious.

Also it's obvious when their hair is brittle/dry/thinner than normal, damaged, etc.

You can just easily tell the difference. I knew a girl that was a natural blonde - her hair was light golden - it's like a really clean color (natural) never any roots. Really beautiful. She said people were always asking her if she was a natural blonde - probably because it's not very common.

I just watched an old rerun from the 70s - Celebrity Bowling - I remember this show in the 70s and liked it - Anyway, Gloria Loring was on the show she had really long blonde hair - really beautiful and I knew she was a natural blonde. I looked her up because I wasn't that familiar with her, and they also stated that she's a natural blonde.
