DandJ, that is super wonderful news, you finally got your freezer. Now you have room enough inside it to store anything your heart desire for the next year. Enjoy!! You only have to worry when the electricity goes out, hope you have generator.

Good sounding dinners on here -- as always! I actually ended up cooking last night (not hotdogs) and have leftovers from that. The recipe is a ground beef and spinach mixture with a pie crust topping. I'll post it sometime soon. I know I owe posters several recipes but this has really turned out to be a busy week. Thursday is my very early morning for volunteer work so no late night sessions on City - Data tonight for me!
Tonight we had a "fix it yourself" taco salad. I cooked the hamburger with the taco seasoning. then opened the bag of Tostitos. Beside the bag were bowls of chopped onions, tomatoes, grated cheese, lettuce, sour cream and picante sauce. Crumble the Tostitos in your bowl, spoon on the meat, then cover with anything you want. I'm stuffed!!
Nothing special tonight, cooked some spaghetti and pour on some mushroom sauce.
