Nine nights out of 10, I'm envious of your dinner. That sounds so good!

ETA: Make that 9.5 nights out of 10.

Country-style ribs - Country-style ribs are cut from the blade end of the loin close to the pork shoulder. They are meatier than other rib cuts. They contain no rib bones, therefore are not technically ribs.

As it turned out I had haddock fillets, pickled beets, and a jumbo tomato sliced thick and quartered. I'm giving serious thought to a $1 ice cream cone from Mc D's in a short while.

I love pickle beets, chilled, so good. I'm not much of a fish eater though. The only fish I eat is tuna.

Tonight's Dinner was Steak San Marco, Mashed Potatoes or Rice, Steamed Broccoli & Carrots, Dinner Rolls and a Garden Salad.

Oh and a $1.00 ice cream cone sounds good but I have to stick with my sugar free fudgesicles.
