I am making a whole baked chicken. I brined it in red wine, water, salt, pepper, bay leaves and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

I was lazy on a veggie side so I am baking some frozen breaded okra. There were no baking instructions, just frying instructions. I think I should be fine.

Cool! I fold, or at least I will once the dishes are washed and the dust has cleared. I fold into the recliner and RELAX!

Good Evening Foodie Friends! The shrimp scampi over Capellini (angel hair) turned out delicious, I threw some broc. in there as well. I bought it last week & I didn't want it to turn to seed. Crusty Italian bread. DH was so stuffed he couldn't eat the salad. lol Plus he had to go back to work. I know tomorrow will be this weeks cleaning the fridge out for dinner.

As always everyone's dinner sounded great tonight. Hope you all have a nice night. kelsie
