Tonight were having a spinach salad with grilled chicken on top. This salad is simple and healthy.

I had a full day planned today but things have gone astray.

Did good this morning. Took 3 yr old grandson to get a hair cut. Stop at a bargain store and he found a Dora toy he liked. I liked it 'cause it's going to drive his Mommy up the wall. LOL

Stopped and got him some candy that was going to pep him up. More driving Mommy up the wall. LOL

Took him home to Mommy and headed to the house to make grocery list. Got home and a sick friend call wanting to go out to lunch. 2 1/2 hour lunch of lasagna, salad, bread...a little wine. Now I don't feel like going to the store OR cooking. Might have to take a nap.

I hear ya! Our dog is patiently waitng for his walk. Well, maybe not to patiently! If we aren't out of here by 5:30pm he starts getting worried! Ha! So I'm out the door with leash in hand...dinner is cooking and when I get back I'll put together the pierogies and the broccoli--oh yeah, I changed my veggie from cabbage to broccoli. Cabbage will have oto be another night soon!

Now that I typed that I really want to watch that movie! (Tortilla Soup)

No soup but I do have an extra large home grown avocado that will be coated with mayo soon. Calling it dessert after the BLT.

I was looking at a recipe like that earlier. Maybe tomorrow.
