Whole wheat pasta with vegan pesto sauce (I was skeptical too, but this rocks!

Escarole with a drizzle of garlic and oil, sliced tomatoes and a bit of the fruit of the vine.

I tweaked this recipe by using more nuts a mixture of pine and walnuts. It's delicious.http://vegetarian.about.com/od/morer...anpestorec.htm

German chocolate cupcakes or honeydew.

Chili sounds good to me, too - I was thinking today that I need to start freezer cooking again, and chili is big on that list.

Tonight we had chef's salads. DH being the chef, since my leg is on strike today.
