If DH feels like grilling I'll make a fully loaded Greek chicken salad. I have a recipe I want to try with capers in the dressing.

Or, if he does not a Spanish style baked chicken with bay leaves, raisins, wine, vinegar and green olives.

chicken black bean ricotta enchiladas tonight and a big simple salad of romaine & cherry tomatoes with an olive oil & lime vinagrette, apple pastries for dessert.

seafood night...

bacon wrapped scallops basted in a sauce of 30% maple syrup, 70% teriyaki sauce mmmmmmmmmm

half a peck of steamer clams.... will steam them in beer.. and eat with melted butter


ice cream for dessert, ben and jerrys rocky road mmmmmmmmm

Already ate dinner but with all the good eats posted getting hungry again..I think some Legal seafood frozen coconut shrimp is in order for a snack!

So cold, so lazy, so...I heated up some leftover egg lemon soup made with turkey legs and wings. Perfectly creamy, soothing, and satisfting with some additional fresh squeezed lemon juice and I am good to go.
